The Kitty Hawk Kites Kiteboarding School is run by Chris Moore and is a PASA(Professional Air Sports Association) certified school. Actually, Chris is the guy that formulated the teaching techniques for PASA and his teaching manuals and methods are the basis for this national certification system! He certifies other instructors from around the nation. These standards insure you that you will get quality instruction. Chris Moore is the kiteboarding industry chairperson and head instructor for PASA. His manuals and work have contributed greatly to setting standards for many other kiteboarding schools.

The Way to Fly Kiteboarding Course - Learn to Ride - $400.00
This is a comprehensive course designed for those that want to learn to ride! This course includes:
Power Kite Course - $200.00(3 hours 9-12)
Where the adventure begins, start with perfecting the controls of a power kite. Learn how to create more and less power with the power stroke of the kite. We start you in the water with a smaller water relaunchable kite.
First Water Course - $200.00(3 hours 1-4)
The fundamentals of kiteboarding, set-up, launch/landing, body drags, water relaunching, self-rescue, and the first water starts on the kiteboard!
Step Two
Extended Water Course - $200.00(3 hours 1-4)
Extend Your Ride with our semi-private lesson focusing on extending your ride in both directions. Teaching on the fly with our watercraft, the goal is to smooth out the kite position, body position, and board position to get you continuously riding in both directions.
Step Three
Private Instruction - $200.00(2 hours)
Fully customized one-on-one kiteboarding course designed to establish your goals and then obtain them! We can tailor this course to fit your level from total beginner to advanced tricks! Perfect for those who accelerate quickly or already have previous experience with kites! Advanced courses could include going upwind, jumping, transitions, riding sliders, & tricks!
