All items except kiteboarding related items ship by Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Postal Priority Mail- The Postal Service advertises that priority delivery takes 2-3 days within the USA, we have found that it may take longer to some areas. Please allow 4-5 business days for shipment to arrive.

Kiteboarding and Power Kite items ship via UPS Ground and the shipping is calculated based on your shipping zone when you enter your shipping info into the shopping cart.

Kiteboarding kites and kiteboards shipped in the U.S. are subject to an oversized shipping charge of $15.00. This is total shipping charges and not combined with the "normal" rate.

Shipping charges for non kiteboarding/power kite products are as follows:

Orders Under $25.00 are $6.50
Orders $25.01- $50.00 are $8.00
Orders $50.01-$75.00 are $10.00
Orders $75.01-$100.00 are $12.00

Kiteboarding kites and kiteboards are shipping internationally using US Postal International Priority. Delivery time is 10-14 days.

Back Orders - If a back ordered item is ordered with items in stock they may not be shipped at the same time. Back ordered means an item is currently out of stock and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You will be informed of any shipping delay over 30 days. If you wish to cancel your back order at any given time you may do so. Credit card orders will not be charged for back orders until they are shipped. The customer is not charged additional shipping for back ordered items.
